Security Diagnosis, Planning and Management

GMV has extensive experience in the implementation of security diagnoses in the field of Public Administration, from purely technological services associated with Ethical Hacking, Web Application Analysis, Forensic Analysis, communication status, or network fragmentation through the evaluation of comprehensive controls and security maturity status, to carrying out risk analyses of data systems using the MAGERIT methodology and PILAR web indexing tool.

However, it is in the area of Security Planning where GMV offers a greater added value by establishing steps that Public Administrations need to follow in order to achieve the necessary level of security to meet their requirements and budgets. Security Plans and Systems as well as Services Continuity Plans are two types of projects that provide great value to Public Administrations.

Along with diagnosis and planning, GMV has experience in implementing mechanisms, frameworks and models of security management that support decision-making and criteria consolidation that satisfy policies regarding security.  The most significant results in this area are implementation of Security Management Systems and development of measures, metrics and indicators that constitute the Security Control Panel.
